ARSEPJ's main objective is to help young people regain their place in society by training and supporting them to contribute to the development of their community.

We aim to empower young people and help them become active, responsible citizens, capable of fully integrating into society.

Provide young people with comprehensive training/education to enable them to take charge of their lives

Cultivate among them, the values of peace, citizenship and civic sense of public and individual goods

The group has a craft training center in which it is involved in several in a number of areas, including
  • Identify and admit young apprentices free of charge
  • Create centers for health, agriculture, breeding, etc.
  • Raising public awareness of environmental protection
  • Teach household arts and crafts to promote income-generating activities (IGAs) to all young people admitted to the center.
  • Seek out national and international partners working in the same field
  • Work closely with other craft training centers to instill in young people a sense of personal and collective entrepreneurship.
  • Organize theoretical literacy and French language improvement courses
  • Hygiene and reproductive health education
  • Create vocational training centers
  • Raising awareness about HIV/AIDS
  • Raise awareness and educate people about traffic regulations and road safety
